Located just 100 m from the Seerhein and 500 m from Lake Constance, you can reach the Rhine beach and the city center in a few minutes on foot.
The compact 2-room apartment (approx. 38 m², ground floor) offers a living room with sofa bed, smart TV and small stereo system as well as a practical kitchenette with ceramic hob, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine.
The open sleeping area is accessible via a small staircase and features two single beds, storage space, and a small dining area. You can relax on the balcony at the end of the day.
In the bathroom you will find a modern corner bathtub, toilet, towel warmer, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. High-speed Wi-Fi is included; washing machine and dryer are available on request.
Cafes, bakeries and the beach bar on the Seerhein are very close by – perfect for a relaxing stay in Konstanz.
