General terms and conditions (gtc)
Prices/number of people
All prices are net prices and refer to an occupancy with the number of persons indicated on the respective price list, children included. The extra charge for each additional person sums 20 EUR per person and day. Package prices for rental periods, for more than 30 days (only in winther months), are only available on request.
Reservation / Deposit
With the reservation an advance payment, at the amount of 250 EUR, has to be made and is due for payment within a week. The booking becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit. The landlord reserves the right, for important reasons, to provide the tenant with an equivalent apartment instead of the reserved apartment. Claims of any kind do not result of this.
Telephone billing
The telephone charges will be invoiced to you as soon as we will receive the Telekom invoice.
Final payment/keys
The remaining rent is due for payment 14 days before the start of the rental period, at the latest. You will find the keys in the digibox (keybox), at the house in Alfred-Wachtel-Straße 3.
Withdrawl of the landlord
In the event of non-legal payment of the remaining rental price, the landlord is entitled to withdraw from the contract and to claim damages, at the amount of the agreed rental price. The tenant is at liberty to prove a lower damage.

The tenant can withdraw from the contract free of charge up to 50 days before the start of the rental period. 30 days before the start of the rental period, a compensation, at the amount of the deposit, has to be paid. Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period a compensation is due at the amount of 50% of the agreed rental price, however at least the amount of the deposit, after that at the amount of 100% of the agreed rental price. The tenant remains at liberty to prove a lower damage. The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
Tenant liability
The tenant is liable for all damages to the rented property, caused culpable. The tenant is also liable for damages caused by visitors.
Obligations of the tenant
It’s the duty of the tenant to hand the apartment back in good condition, that means it is clean of garbage, the fridge is empty, the dishes are washed and the stove and oven are clean. In case of non-observance, the landlord reserves the right to charge the tenant a cleaning fee at the amount of 60 EUR.
Animal keeping
Animals are not permitted.

The aparment/guest house must be vacated at departure day by 10 am and the latest.
